A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date, time, staffing, and arrangements.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Birthday party deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is used to secure your event date and allows us to schedule coaches, staff, equipment, and other preparations specifically for your celebration.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If you need to change your party date, we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling request based on availability.

Party Room & Additional Time

Your party package includes the party-room time specified in your selected package.

If you require additional time in the party room, an additional fee of $30.00 per 15 minutes will apply.

Please speak with a staff member in advance if you require additional party-room time.

 If you overstay the booked time for the party room, an additional charge $30.00 for every 15min. is applicable.

Important Birthday Party Rules

To ensure the safety of all participants and comply with our insurance and sport-governing-body requirements, please follow these rules:

Children ages 2–4:
Parents are required to assist their child during the gymnastics portion of the party. Parents are not permitted to use the gymnastics equipment.

Children ages 5 and older:
Parents and guests are not permitted inside the gym during the birthday party. Parents are welcome to enjoy the party from our designated viewing area.

These restrictions are required due to insurance regulations and requirements established by our sport governing body.

Food & Drinks

• Water is permitted in the gym.

• Snacks and drinks other than water are not permitted in the gym under any circumstances.

• Food and drinks may be enjoyed in the viewing area or party room, if included in your package.

• Prestige Circus & Gymnastics School is a nut-free facility.

• A refrigerator is available for storing food, drinks, or birthday cakes until your party room becomes available. Please ask a staff member upon arrival.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled birthday party start time.

This will allow you time to check in, prepare your belongings, and get ready for the celebration.

• All prices are subject to HST

• Additional time must be approved by a staff member

• Please follow all safety rules and staff instructions during your party
